Generelt om kalksementpele-arbeidene Formålet til kalksementpelene ved prosjekt K2A Fornebubanen har vært å stabilisere sensitiv leire før utgraving, samt å etablere ribber for avstivning mellom spuntvegger. Det er etablert kalksementpeler i et ribbemønster i begge byggegroper på prosjektet. I tillegg er det etablert kalksementpeler inn mot spunt. Alle peler er etablert fra berg og opp til ca. 3 m under terreng. Kalksementpelene har blitt etablert med en diameter på 800 mm med mekanisk innblanding av bindemiddelet Multicem 50/50 som består av 50% portlandsement og 50% CKD (Cement Kiln Dust) som er et biprodukt fra produksjonen av sement. Innblandingsmengden har vært ca. 75 kg/m3. Det har generelt vært greit å bore ned, men ved noen tilfeller har vi støtt på hindringer i grunn som har gjort at vi har måtte produsert pelen derfra og opp. Dette er kommentert i peleprotokoll. Ved et punkt mot spuntvegg 2 kommer berget opp. Det er her noen peler som ikke er produsert da pelelengden ville blitt svært kort. Dette er avmerket på tegning. Vedrørende plasseringen på pelene har det vært 2 avvik. Avvik 1 gikk på at pelene i den minste spuntgropen ikke kunne plasseres helt inntil spuntvegg 2 og 3 da disse ikke var kappet. Her kom pelene noe fra spuntveggen. Videre har det vært et generelt avvik på samtlige peler på 44 cm i akse mellom spuntvegg 4 og 2. Dette grunnet en feil ved konvertering av pelekoordinater. Avviket er løst ved at det er lagt til en ekstra rad i sør og det er fjernet en rad mot midtre spuntlinje. Avviket har derfor ingen kvalitetsmessige konsekvenser. Avvikene er omhandlet i avviksrapport og tekniske avklaringer. All produksjon er gjort i henhold til tekniske avklaringer. Alle peler er produsert ved hjelp av GPS-styring i maskinen. Det er utarbeidet en peleprotokoll med data hentet direkte fra maskinstyringen. Keller sluttførte pelearbeidene 14.12.2021. Alle peler er produsert i henhold til oppgitt beskrivelse og underlag, samt nevnte tekniske avklaringer.

This is due to an error in converting pile coordinates. The deviation is solved by adding an extra row to the south and removing a row towards the middle sheet pile line. The discrepancy therefore has no quality consequences. The discrepancies are discussed in the discrepancy report and technical clarifications. All production is done according to technical clarifications. All piles are produced using GPS control in the machine. A pile protocol has been prepared with data taken directly from the machine control. Keller completed the piling work on 14.12.2021. All piles are produced in accordance with the stated description and substrate, as well as the mentioned technical clarifications.
